The hotel had great facilities, including a clean room with a hot tub on the balcony. The staff, including Ivan, Gabriella, Jennifer, Nuri, and Naomi. The location on the lagoon side provided beautiful views, and we even saw crocodiles. The hotel offered transportation to Isla Mujeres, where we had a fun day exploring on a rented golf cart.

The clean rooms and lovely environment create a pleasant atmosphere. Buses and a water taxi are available for transportation, and there are 4 other hotels that can be accessed with the all-inclusive option. The breakfast is delightful, and the evening programs, including the Casino evening, are entertaining. The hotel offers a variety of activities such as morning yoga and boutique shopping. The security and cleanliness of the rooms are commendable, and the bar and room service are exceptional.

We got great value for our money at this hotel! The room was like a little apartment, with a good-sized balcony and a nice view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a free boat shuttle to the sister hotel. The staff treated us incredibly well, especially the friendly and helpful waiters, yoga instructor Gabi, and the girl who facilitated activities like volleyball and yoga. We felt so welcomed by everyone, including the hardworking people who kept the hotel clean and tidy.

The only thing that could have made the menu for breakfast better was more variety in the options.

The room felt like a spacious studio with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep. The ambiance was so relaxing. The best thing about this place was the amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. The breakfast was beyond delicious and the evening dining options satisfied every taste bud in my mouth. The variety of wines and spirits was outstanding. The chefs and servers were intuitive and attentive.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. The positive aspects mentioned above make this an exceptional place to stay.

The location was perfect, not on the beach but with a peaceful lagoon. Enjoyed the swim-up bar and easy access to the beach through the free shuttle. Food was great, with eggs made to order and a large buffet. Loved the health juices, especially the Triple C and the green juice with cactus, spinach, celery, and cucumber. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and good water pressure in the shower. Beautiful property.

The food and drinks at the hotel were top-notch, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the beds were comfortable and the pool was great, especially the hot tub. the hotel did not hassle us about any timeshare promotions, which was a relief.

The hotel had some issues with transportation arrangements, as we were not able to confirm our shuttle from the airport. This led to some confusion and we ended up finding our own ride.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious like a studio, with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and we especially loved the small kitchenette in our room. The staff was amazing, always willing to help with anything we needed. Natalia was our favorite, her professionalism and humor made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also provided transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient. Another highlight was being able to take the water taxi to the busier hotel on the beach, giving us the best of both worlds.

We were blown away by the entertainment team at Sunset Marina. Nari and Carlos were so authentic, kind, and hardworking, always finding a way to inspire us to get involved in the activities. And the food service was top-notch, thanks to Gonzalo, who went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the yoga session with Gabriella was a fantastic experience, leaving us feeling rejuvenated. we had an amazing time thanks to these incredible team members at Sunset Marina.
