The bed was very comfortable. The WIFI quality ranges from fast to slow, but rarely goes dead. Central rooms seem to have faster WIFI. The Lamb main courses in the Luciano dining room are very good. The room service option with breakfast on the balcony was a perfect start to a relaxing day. The hotel staff are exceptional and make great efforts to interact and help guests relax. The location on the beach is great, with a fantastic pool area and no issue getting sun beds. The all-inclusive package includes kayaking and yoga, and there is a great choice of drinks.

The exercise facility looked GREAT. The photography options were fantastic, thanks to the friendly and talented Christian. The spa/massage was exceptional. The kids club could use some improvements, but our little ones managed to entertain themselves. The location was ideal, halfway between the airport and downtown. Easy access to transportation options. The beach was beautiful, but required close supervision for kids. We had spectacular service and exceptional food quality. The two-room suite was luxurious. The resort's tranquil atmosphere was a welcome change. The staff, especially Sergio, Raul, Jose Antonio, and Gustavo. We can't wait to book our next trip here!

I recently stayed at a resort in Puerto Vallarta and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Sunset Plaza Beach Resort Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive offers a la carte menus in their restaurants, which was a nice change from the usual buffets found in all-inclusive resorts. The staff, including Alan, Victor, and their team, provided exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the pools were beautiful. The hotel also offered a range of amenities such as a scent menu, pillow menu, and a gym. I had a fantastic time at this 5-diamond hotel.

I had an incredible stay at a beach resort in Puerto Vallarta recently. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly guest manager, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The food at the restaurants was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The new pool lounger beds were absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The bartenders at the swim-up bar were always on hand to serve delicious drinks, and I particularly enjoyed the live entertainment in the lounge. The stunning sunset views were the highlight of my vacation. I had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this resort.

Although there were some minor inconveniences like the need to make reservations for certain dinners or the inconsistent use of signing slips at meals, they did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, the vendors approaching guests to buy things and the condition of some yellow taxi cabs were not ideal.
