The “Junior Suite” did not match the online photos, and our supposed port view was obstructed by a palm tree. Housekeeping needs improvement. Inconsistent service left us without cleans during our stay. The staff, while friendly, should provide clearer information regarding all-inclusive options. Despite the quirks, the experience was enjoyable. The vibrant atmosphere can be overwhelming but reflects the tourist appeal.

Incredible location, amazing staff, delicious breakfast.

The bed in our initial room was too loud due to nearby music, making it hard to sleep. Thankfully, we were moved to a quieter room, which significantly improved our comfort. The pillows were exceptionally firm, causing a bit of discomfort. Temperature control was adequate, maintaining a pleasant coolness. The distance from the pool area was quite noticeable, especially with our bags. Internet access was absent for three days. Despite some challenges, the overall room experience was manageable, and we loved our time at the hotel’s amenities.

Dancing under the archway between buildings made me feel like a fancy celebrity. The pool bar was a lifesaver, thank goodness for the music, I nearly melted under the rugged mountains in the background.

The hotel location was prime; we walked to bars, shops, and the beach with ease. The pool and spa were excellent for relaxation, and the live entertainment was a nice touch. An issue is the loud music from nearby clubs until the wee hours, but our room was surprisingly soundproof, so it didn't bother us much. 🏖️

The staff here treated us like family, from warm greetings to special surprises! Breakfast was an absolute highlight with a fresh omelet station and tasty buffet options. The views from the rooftop and pool were breathtaking, making every moment magical.

I was really uncomfortable when staff barged into my room twice without knocking, once in the morning and again in the evening. We were both nude and had never requested anything; it felt completely intrusive and awkward!

I loved being just a few steps from the Marina, which made it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the Cultural Pavilion of the Republic and the Church of Saint Luke, plus there were plenty of restaurants and shops around, including Cabo Wabo and amazing local dining options that I enjoyed every evening; the staff were really friendly, and the pool area was a blast, but the breakfast could use some improvement as it didn't live up to the rest of my great experience.

Great breakfast every morning with plenty of options for kids and adults the pool area is fantastic with a good bar for drinks and snacks and the staff are super nice and always ready to help with anything you need

During my transit in Cabo San Lucas, I found Tesoro Los Cabos very convenient to reach via the Transpeninsular Highway that connects San Jose del Cabo to Cabo San Lucas. the hotel's close proximity to the Marina area made it easy to explore the surrounding cultural attractions, such as the Cultural Pavilion of the Republic.

The noise from the nearby party crowd at night was a slight inconvenience, particularly for guests staying in rooms located closer to the lively areas. Nonetheless, my overall experience at Tesoro Los Cabos was positive, and I appreciated the convenient location for my brief stay.
