I had such a great time at this hotel! First of all, the staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect too, right on 5th Avenue and just off the main avenue. It was so easy to get to the beach and the hotel even had a special discount for the Kool beach club. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including AC and a hammock outside. Plus, the breakfast was included and they served eggs every day, which was a nice touch.

No issues at all, everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel is perfect for a beach lover like me. It's just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the lively 5th Avenue. I can enjoy a peaceful morning stroll on the beach and in the evening, I can explore the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The hotel room is comfortable, with a clean bathroom and excellent service. They even provide beach towels, making my beach visits even more convenient.

The wifi connection in the room can be a bit unreliable at times.

We appreciated the water and refreshing towel offered upon arrival and the free shuttle service to the hotel. the location was great, close to attractions and restaurants. the spa treatment was a pleasant surprise and used organic products.

The bed coverings were stained and needed to be replaced. the bathroom lacked blinds on the window, leaving some privacy concerns.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. It is situated on 5th Avenue, where all the action happens. Within a brief walk, you can reach most dining options, entertainment venues, and the beautiful playa. The convenience of being so close to everything is definitely a major plus.
