We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, nestled right on the beach and surrounded by the quiet jungle. The service here is top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to provide exceptional service. From the bell man to the managers, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The hotel also offers a variety of activities and services, including room service, car hire, and laundry. We especially enjoyed the poolside snack bar and the delicious food at the restaurant. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to many restaurants including the great little restaurant at The Explorean. The hotel also offers access to everything at Explorean and Fiesta Americana, providing guests with a wide range of dining options. Furthermore, there is an area where you can see many star fish, adding to the unique experience of staying on the island.

Some guests have mentioned that the service from other waitstaff at the hotel was lacking, with some feeling that they were left to make their own drinks and food took a long time to be served.

Best vacation ever! Beautiful location, great activities, and mouth-watering food. the view from our room was amazing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our room came with free Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge. the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, being close to both the beach and the airport.

Worst part was the frustration of having to wait for our turn at check-in and the language barrier with hotel staff. It was difficult to communicate, especially when ordering food and drinks.
