I recently stayed at this beautiful resort for a week-long vacation. The hotel facility is impressive, offering a range of amenities including multiple restaurants, all-inclusive options, and spacious suites. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of healthy options to choose from. The hotel feels like a little village, complete with its own beach and a jungle area where you can spot monkeys, iguanas, and cute wild boars. The staff was friendly and the live dance show was absolutely mesmerizing. a 5-star experience that I would definitely come back to.

There were several negative aspects during my stay. There was a mistake in our reservation, resulting in a long wait at the reception.

The location was perfect, not too crowded but close enough to explore nearby areas. We loved the abundance of pools and the beautiful wildlife on the property, including monkeys and iguanas. The staff, especially Victor, Gabriel, Guadalupe, Daniel, Julian. We can't wait to visit again!

We attended a wedding and didn't stay all inclusive, but charging things to the room was convenient and affordable. The pools were amazing and the staff was excellent. The quality of the accommodation was top-notch. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the front desk staff provided great service. I never had a bad meal as the food at the hotel was excellent. The beach was amazing and perfect for kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.
