Our stay at the Green Village Boutique was fantastic! The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the beach and the shopping area. The room was exceptionally clean and had a fridge, which was a great bonus. We enjoyed having access to Netflix on the TV and appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Glade room spray and clean towels. The staff, especially the friendly Brazilian guy at the reception, provided us with excellent advice and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Playa del Carmen.

The hotel had an amazing location, just a short walk to the pristine beach and the vibrant city center. We loved being so close to everything, it made exploring the area a breeze. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the chill vibe of the hotel, with its lush plants and pool access.

The noise from the nearby bar kept us up until the early hours of the morning.

Excellent experience at the Green Village Boutique. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The hostel offered fantastic trips, a well-equipped kitchen, a bar, and a refreshing pool. The rooms were spotless with efficient A/C.

Stayed for New Year's. Nice to have a large room to spread out. Wi-Fi worked well. the nearby supermarket was convenient for snacks and drinks. the staff spoke good English and were friendly. Great location close to the restaurants and shops on the main street.

The music played all night disrupted sleep multiple times. the pool was noisy, right next to the bar, and not relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at this new hotel in the center of Playa. The value for money was great and our room was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach and 5th avenue. The staff treated us like family, speaking multiple languages and making us feel right at home.

The breakfast menu could be improved by clearing out the fridge in the communal kitchen. It was full of food and drinks, so we couldn't store our own items.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this place. I would like especially to mention the exceedingly kind woman who checked me in on March 19th. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and centrally located. The resident cat, Oreo, was also a bonus! Big rooms, comfortable bed, Netflix on TV! Nice showers. Great lobby. A big shout out to Fabian from the reception, helped us with everything we needed and gave us recommendations for really beautiful things to see around.
