What a pleasant surprise! We were not expecting much, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. the rooms were spotless and the grounds were lush and tropical. the hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right next to the Chichen Itza property. We enjoyed a spectacular view of the observatory during the sunset. Additionally, the sunrise tour arranged by the hotel was truly amazing.

There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. the room was a little too warm for our liking, and the internet was only available in the lobby, not in the rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days to visit the nearby archaeological site. The location was perfect because we were able to explore Chichen Itza without the crowds. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a tropical garden and clean rooms. We loved our deluxe bungalow with a private pool and a spacious porch. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Joel at reception. The private tour we booked was amazing - great photos and a chance to see the site before the crowds. a fantastic stay!

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful Lodge nestled in the heart of nature. Upon arrival, the attentive staff upgraded our room to one closer to the pool, which my kids absolutely loved. The grounds were amazing, with iguanas roaming freely. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, especially the Yucatan cuisine. The highlight of our stay was the private entrance to Chichen Itza, allowing us to beat the crowds and make the most of our visit. I wish we had stayed longer! I highly recommend this Lodge for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at The Lodge was wonderful! We were impressed with the beautiful grounds and had a unique experience sleeping in a bungalow with a roof made from dried palm leaves. The staff was amazing and the Mayan people were excellent hosts. Victor, our guide at Chichen Itza, went above and beyond, staying with us longer and providing detailed explanations. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the three pools added to the enjoyment of our stay. The separate entrance to the ruins was convenient and the location was perfect for exploring.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel inside the archeological park. The location was unbeatable, allowing me to easily explore Chichen Itza without dealing with crowds. The hotel had beautiful grounds with refreshing pools and well-maintained gardens. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They even organized a private tour guide who provided informative commentary about the ruins. The on-site restaurant was great, and there were also shops and bars available. Additionally, parking was convenient, making it easy for me to access the hotel.

As a satisfied hotel guest, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a well-positioned hotel near the magnificent ruins of Chichen Itza. With a fantastic view of the Observatory right from the lobby, this hotel offered an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. The location was unbeatable, as it was just a short walk from the hotel to the entrance of the ruins. Additionally, the hotel had beautiful gardens, refreshing pools, and spacious grounds filled with trees, birds, and other animals. it was a memorable stay.

The bungalow we stayed in, 2B, was unique and gave us a one-of-a-kind experience with its roof made of dried palm leaves. The air conditioning was strong and kept us cool. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service during our yummy dinner and breakfast. We were especially impressed with Victor, our guide at the nearby ruins. He took the time to explain things in detail and was patient with all our questions. It was definitely worth the price!
