We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room's nice-sized patio was breathtaking, overlooking the pools and the ocean. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect, and we enjoyed taking walks along the 'Malecon'. The staff were wonderful, very accommodating, and many of them spoke English. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the beautiful landscaped grounds were well-maintained. The on-site restaurants, particularly the Panama restaurant, were a big bonus for us. The prices were very reasonable, and the food was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of having parking available.

It was all superb.

The value we got for our money was impressive, the room was comfortable and perfect for our large family. The location was great, with stunning views and a prime spot in the tourist area. The staff treated us exceptionally well, from the helpful front desk to the friendly housekeeper.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved, perhaps by having a greater variety of options.

I loved the ocean-view room with its stunning view and comfortable amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel and nearby seafood restaurants were excellent.

We had a great time during our New Year stay at this hotel. the check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. One of the best aspects was the fantastic view of the ocean from our room. the rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the pool closed early at 8:00 pm, which was a bit inconvenient for those wanting to relax and swim after a long day out.

Ocean-view room was comfortable and clean with good air-conditioning. Free wifi with normal signal strength in public areas. Excellent Japanese restaurant in the hotel and several nice seafood options nearby. Loved the pool, friendly staff, and beachside loungers. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, even when the hotel was full.

The staff were friendly and the maids were great. The location was good with easy access to the beach. The ocean view from the rooms was spectacular. The food at the Panama restaurant was really good, especially the bakery and cakes. we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed at The Palms Resort in Mazatlan for a relaxing weekend getaway. The highlight of our stay was having the Panama restaurant on-site, as we are regular visitors of their location in the golden zone. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, with special mention to our housekeeper who did a fantastic job every day. The pool area had a great view and the palm trees added to the tropical feel. The location was also excellent, with restaurants nearby and a bus stop right in front of the hotel for easy access to the historic part of town. a great experience.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was very relaxing and convenient, as it was close to many restaurants and shops. The view from our room and balcony on the 4th floor was stunning, especially during sunset. The staff went above and beyond normal service and was very friendly and helpful. We were even able to use our wristbands to get VIP access to the on-site restaurants, which was a great bonus. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay unforgettable.

The hotel's location was in a quieter area of town but still close to the strip. The value was excellent, with comfortable rooms, cold air-conditioning, and great water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided safe valet parking.

This place is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops, and it's right on the beach which is a huge plus. The room amenities include air conditioning and a balcony, and the staff from the maids to the general manager are super friendly and always willing to help.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The Panama restaurant was not only convenient but also served delicious food. The staff were fast in serving us and attending to our needs. Our bedroom was just as we had expected, and we had a beautiful ocean view from our room. The swimming pool was amazing with its stunning view, and the bar service was excellent. The location of the hotel was also a huge plus, as it was close to everything and right by the beach. The staff were very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel has a great location close to the beach and a short walk away from the real nice area with plenty to do and see. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms come equipped with all the necessary facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet is great with outstanding fruit options to start off your day.

This hotel is a great value for money but could improve on their water pressure in the showers.
