While the hotel offers a wonderful beachfront location, it's unfortunate that there was some construction work going on during our stay. it did not significantly impact our experience, but it would have been ideal if it had been completed prior to our visit.

We had an amazing stay at this brand new boutique hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk across the street from the beautiful beach. Our room had a breathtaking view of the jungle, and the cozy and clean atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff provided outstanding service, with the concierge going above and beyond to meet all our needs. The pool area was relaxing and exclusive, and the breakfast was always fresh and light. We also appreciated the convenient facilities such as sunscreen and bug repellent.

One minor downside was the lack of adequate lighting in the room, but it didn't dampen our overall experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Radhoo and would highly recommend it to others.

Plus, we had access to the beach at their sister hotel, Encantada, which was a bonus. And let's not forget about the amazing cocktails at the hotel bar - the best we had in Tulum!

The hotel was surrounded by lush jungle and had a peaceful atmosphere compared to the busy town. the breakfast was diverse and delicious with a must-try Mango Bowl. the bed was extremely comfortable and the pool area is perfect for relaxation.

The room was very dark and humid, with a small bathroom. the noise isolation between the rooms could be improved.

I recently stayed at this jungle hotel that had stunning scenery with an infinity pool overlooking the beach. The service was exceptional as there was 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and express check-in. They even offered a welcome drink and an airport shuttle service for a small fee. The spa and wellness centre was incredibly relaxing, offering a variety of massages like full body, foot, back, and head massages. There were sun loungers and beach umbrellas in the garden area, perfect for a lazy day under the sun.
