The suite was absolutely stunning, with a luxurious king-sized bed and two modern bathrooms with rain-style showers. The tropical sunlight streaming through the glass doors onto the private terrace made it feel like paradise. As someone who enjoys a little luxury, this suite was everything I could have hoped for.

I personally found the pool area a bit crowded at times, but I understand that some people enjoy the lively atmosphere.

The amenities and activities at The Reef 28 were top-notch. The free shuttle to beachfront properties with larger pools and water sports was a fantastic perk. The all-inclusive package offered a variety of delicious food options and access to different restaurants. The included spa day was a major highlight, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The spacious rooms and the option to use facilities from sister hotels added to the enjoyment. a great choice for guests with disabilities.

I loved the location! The vibrant downtown area of Playa del Carmen provided endless entertainment options. The highlight for me was having access to Coco Reef, where I could enjoy a tranquil beach setting away from the crowds. The facilities were excellent, and I could even dine and drink there, creating a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is located in a great spot, right near the downtown area of Playa del Carmen. The staff are very attentive and provide great service. The breakfast is also delicious.

The hotel could improve on soundproofing the rooms to reduce outside noise levels.

The food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent, and the location of the hotel was super central. The rooftop swimming pool with ocean views was superb, and the newly built hotel had brand new amenities. The staff was well-trained, helpful, and attentive. The hotel also offered easy transfers to other resorts, and guests had access to the beaches, restaurants, and facilities at two other Reef hotels.

Had an amazing xmas vacation! the food was excellent, and they had complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar. the view of the beach was breathtaking. the hotel's location was perfect as everything was easily accessible, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The towels and clothes didn't dry properly, and the rooms had a bit of a musty smell. the noise from the restaurant and limited number of sunbeds were a bit of a nuisance.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs, especially the Spa & wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage options. the rooftop infinity pool was outstanding! the sun terrace, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas provided the ultimate relaxation.

Although we had an exceptional overall experience, we encountered one minor issue with the all-inclusive package. the food quality was not up to par, and some of the included items were surprisingly not part of the deal.
