I had a fantastic experience at this place. The location was absolutely perfect - right on a stunningly beautiful beach. I could easily take a walk along the shore early in the morning. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to other nearby properties, and there was even a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff members. I particularly appreciated the 24-hour room service and the laundry services provided. The room itself was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar/lounge area. The management clearly prioritizes excellent customer service, and it shows in every aspect of the hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff here are exceptional and will go above and beyond to ensure that your time here is enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The pool area was clean, spacious, and had comfortable lounge chairs. All rooms seemed to have an ocean view. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel had a central location in the hotel zone. There was a convenient store and restaurants within the hotel.

The resort had amazing swimming pools and easy beach access. The room was spacious with a stunning ocean view. The on-site supermarket was convenient and reasonably priced. The restaurants offered delicious food with good vegetarian options. The staff was accommodating and attentive. it was a fantastic location for a relaxing getaway.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Our stay at the resort was great, despite the location being a bit far from the city center. However, we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful ocean view from our spacious 2-bedroom villa. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly pool DJ and waiter to the outstanding Kids Club staff.

A minor issue with one staff member at the art gallery, but it was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

Great value for money and a fantastic location near the beach. the spacious rooms were well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. Additionally, the availability of a free hotel shuttle to other resorts in the area was a bonus for exploring beyond the immediate vicinity.

The service at the hotel was lacking, with lengthy waits at the front desk and unhelpful staff. the food was also expensive, making dining options less convenient.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a fantastic room with all the necessary amenities like comfy beds, a flat screen TV, and a mini kitchenette. The location right on the beach was perfect, and the staff treated us like family with their friendly and welcoming attitude.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was more variety in the options available.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel along the strip. The bus stop made it convenient for us to travel to other shopping and restaurant areas without having to pay high taxi rates. Plus, being right on the beautiful beach was a huge advantage. The beach was very well maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs for us to relax on. The fact that the hotel market had very reasonable prices on food, drinks, and other items we needed was a pleasant surprise. The beds in our spacious room were incredibly comfortable, which was a welcome change from our previous resort experience. We also appreciated the easy access and great location of our room, and the hotel staff even allowed us a little bit later check out.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location was perfect, being so close to the airport and easily accessible to the beach. Our room was spacious and had a nice touch with a clock room. For those who prefer to explore Cancun rather than spending a lot of time in the hotel, this is the best option available. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. I loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and the small market on-site. The lifeguards on the beach were attentive and made me feel safe. I had a great time and would recommend The Royal to others.

We recently stayed at a resort that had an amazing location and an even better beach! We loved being close to the city center, with all of its great restaurants and shopping options. The morning walks along the beach were particularly enjoyable. The rooms were very spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the modern bathroom and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

The private beach is a plus. The room is comfortable, except for the old school blanket. The room is big and bright. The pool area is never crowded. The restaurants are quite good. The option of cooking in the room is convenient.
