This hotel exceeded my expectations! The two-bedroom villa was clean, spacious, and felt like home. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, including a blender and toaster. The all-inclusive package offered delicious food with different styles each day. The staff, especially Patricia and the waiters, provided excellent service. The music program was enjoyable, and the security standards were high, making me feel safe. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the hotel staff was helpful and ready to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch upon check-in, and the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, being close to the beach and within walking distance to many attractions. the friendly staff made the experience even better.

The check-in process was made difficult by a rude front desk employee. This put a damper on the entire stay.

The resort offers great facilities, friendly staff, and a free shuttle service to approximately 5 different restaurants located in other Royal resorts in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The all-inclusive breakfast is a great value addition. Additionally, the resort provides excellent views of the surrounding area and a quiet surrounding to relax.

Beautiful low buildings with spacious and clean rooms, great for families and older guests seeking a quieter atmosphere. Five other restaurants available in neighboring resorts, included in the all-inclusive package that also includes well-known brands of alcohol. Convenient location with bus stops outside the gate and close proximity to the beach and dive shop for scuba enthusiasts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the restaurant and swim up bar are great.

the location, situated in the North Section of the Hotel Zone, was perfect. Our room had two separate bedrooms with excellent air conditioning. We were just steps away from one of the pools, which was very convenient. the staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and their English was great. I also appreciated the proximity of the Catholic Church for Sunday Mass. the waterfront property with the long wooden dock was a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. the Royal was a very nice place to stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our needs, with a private beachfront and outdoor swimming pool. the garden area added to the relaxing atmosphere, which was complemented by the excellent massage services. the restaurant offered delicious meals and the bar/lounge area had a wide variety of drinks.

The only minor issue we had was with the service at the snack bar. Although the staff was friendly, they were a bit slow in serving the guests.

Our room was spacious and always kept clean by the housekeeping staff. We appreciated the convenience of the grocery store on site. Although the hotel wasn't close to everything, the bus was very easy to use and stopped right in front. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

My experience at the Royal was amazing. the staff, especially Vicente at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very attentive throughout my stay. the well-maintained gardens and overall appearance of the grounds added to the pleasant atmosphere. the Italian restaurant, La Trattoria, was a favorite of mine, and I loved that I could also enjoy the facilities and dining options at other Royal resorts. the all-inclusive package offered great value for money, and there were plenty of beach and pool chairs available. it was a faultless experience.
