The value for the money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic with beautiful ocean views and easy access to town. The staff provided excellent hospitality from housekeeping to management.

The breakfast menu could use more variety.

We had a fantastic time at the Westin. The beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect for snorkeling and water sports. The facilities were great and the hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and well-decorated, and we loved the view from our balcony. The gym facilities were also top-notch, and we enjoyed the constant stream of taxis outside the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we also appreciated the option of having breakfast in our room. The staff, especially Alwayne, at the reception were friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Westin for a great vacation experience.

Slow check-in process with only one staff member and thin walls- could hear upstairs guests walking. High rates for rooms and overpriced cocktails at the pool bar.

There was one negative aspect with another aspect of the hotel which could be improved.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre was outstanding, the full body massage left me feeling revitalized. the infinity pool on the sun terrace had stunning views of the beach. the room was spacious and clean with a private balcony, overlooking the beautiful ocean.

The only minor issue I had was with the restaurant, the special diet menus were limited. the rooftop bar and lounge area was a great alternative, providing a variety of delicious snacks and cocktails.

The location was perfect, just a short ride away from the city center and ferry terminal. the beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and great opportunities for snorkeling. the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, making communication easy and enjoyable.

The restaurant was quite average, and the variety of food options was limited. there were no close attractions nearby, so a car or taxi was necessary to explore the area.

The breathtaking views and pristine beach at the Westin made our stay truly memorable. One standout experience was the complimentary snorkeling right from the hotel's jetty, where we were able to explore the vibrant underwater world. The clean and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. Despite some minor inconveniences, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
