The hotel had a beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms, and impressive amenities. The staff at the front desk and concierge were welcoming and helpful. The live piano music and the restaurant and café were enjoyable.

The building is modern, the food is delicious, and the view is stunning. The suite had a slight scent but was comfortable. The tub took a while to fill but was enjoyable. The proximity to coffee, breakfast, breweries, and oysters was convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to a steakhouse and having an easy check-in process. It made it convenient to find dining options nearby and not have to wait long to settle into our room. Additionally, the staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. the views from our room were also a nice bonus, adding to the overall experience.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the receptionist we encountered was rude and unhelpful, which was not the kind of customer service we expected.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, with made-to-order options. The rooftop bar had an incredible view and a cute design. The hotel's location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff also accommodated our request for a beachfront view.

The only drawback was that the tub with jets took a while to fill and started draining on its own. We had a minor issue with the scent of cleaning spray in the room and figuring out the light dimmers.

The buffet food was appetizing and the huevos ranchero were enjoyable. The hotel had accurate portrayals of the interior and a helpful front desk staff. The concierge, Cynthia, was patient and assisted us with our requests. The large pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The location was convenient and close to downtown Ensenada.

Felt right at home here, no complaints whatsoever.

Our stay at Lucerna Hotel was overall pleasant. The staff tried their best to accommodate us and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The free parking was convenient and the reception was efficient. The hotel manager was very nice and the location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. the staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. the hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. the location was convenient, close to the port and downtown area.

The construction noise early in the morning was bothersome. It would be great if they offered a discount for the breakfast buffet to hotel guests like other hotels do.

This hotel is a gem! The rooms with the big bathtub and ocean view are amazing, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The coastal trail nearby is a great way to explore the surroundings, and there are plenty of tourist areas within easy reach. Plus, the Sanos steak house is right next door! From the reviews, I love that the hotel has rooms with a big bathtub and an ocean view. The staff also seems to be very friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated.
