I had the most amazing stay at a luxury development in the area. The penthouse room had a large balcony with breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea. They provided paddleboards and kayaks for guests to use, and the poolside sunbeds were reserved exclusively for us. The whole complex was well-maintained and had reserved parking. It truly felt like a hidden paradise in the middle of the jungle. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the peacefulness and privacy of the place, and the turquoise ocean views from our private pool were priceless. Plus, there was no seaweed issue here unlike in nearby Tulum.

The private beach was a beautiful and calming spot, and the overall ambiance of the property was incredibly peaceful. We were blown away by the value and quality of our stay at Tulsayab. The room was amazing, with floor to ceiling windows that opened up to breathtaking views of the waves crashing right outside. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our vacation truly enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety in the food options.

We recently stayed at a stunning property in a secluded location. The place was beautiful, clean, and modern, exceeding our expectations. Although we encountered power issues during our 6-night stay, the family residing there were sweet and did their best to help. The electricity would frequently go out in the evenings, making it difficult to sleep in the heat. Despite this, the location and the pristine beach made up for it. We hope they address the electricity problem for future guests.

I recently stayed at Tulsayab in Tulum for six nights and it was pure paradise. The condo's excellent location and beautiful ocean view made it the perfect getaway. The property is well-maintained and secure, thanks to the presence of the friendly and helpful staff, Enrique and Carmen. Surrounded by lush jungle, the experience feels truly immersive. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and equipped with reliable wifi and Netflix on the TV. The beach and pool are easily accessible and kept clean, with kayaks and paddleboards available for use. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

I stayed at Tulsayab for a relaxing getaway and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The private beach was beautiful with white sand and unique rock formations, and I even got to use their kayaks on a calm day. Renting a car is recommended for exploring and grocery shopping. For the price we paid, we got great value and a fantastic room. The location was perfect, with plenty of activities like kayaking and paddleboarding right outside. The staff treated us incredibly well and were always helpful and kind.
