I was truly impressed with the value we got for our money at this hotel. The room was amazing, with a hot tub on the balcony and beautiful views of the beach. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront with the best beach in Cancun. But what really made our stay memorable was the staff. Ana & Gustavo, our butlers, went above and beyond to make us feel special. They made us feel like royalty. Emmanuel, who wasn't even a waiter, assisted us greatly at the pool and gave us some good tips. The service from everyone, including the staff at the restaurants and bars, was phenomenal. The facilities were also top-notch, with a nice pool, great entertainment, and nightly shows. We had a fantastic experience and we will definitely come back because of the exceptional service we received.
