We loved the spacious and clean room with a private soaking pool that can seat 4. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to relax and watch the sunset. The location was great, close to restaurants, ATMs, and the bus station. The staff was super helpful and made our stay easy, offering to hold our bags before check-in.

Additionally, the owner of the hotel was a great boss, taking responsibility and treating his customers and employees well. We were lucky to support such a responsible business.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us, providing us with a personalized list of recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. This made our experience in this city even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful rooftop pool with comfortable sunbeds. We couldn't have asked for more.

our stay at ujo condo boutique in tulum was absolutely amazing! the spacious apartment, cool design, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. the central location was still peaceful and safe. we loved the two AC units, maintaining a comfortable temperature. highly recommend!

Low water pressure in the shower.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the center and surrounded by shops and food markets. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The owner was also very helpful and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There was no staff walking around the apartment building, which made it feel less secure. The neighborhood could be a bit suspicious at night, especially for late arrivals.

The location is conveniently close to the center, making it easy to access bars and restaurants. The design of the studio is well-thought-out, with a spacious bed and a comfortable cooking and eating area. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive, providing quick assistance and even doing laundry before departure.

There were occasional instances of loud music from neighboring houses, but this is beyond the hotel's control.

I also appreciated the option to hire bikes and explore the nearby beaches and cenotes. The location was perfect, with great restaurants just a short walk away. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend staying at Ujo.
