The location was perfect, situated in a great place with stunning views from the terrace pool. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, providing enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even a balcony. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. We also appreciated the laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

loved this place! amazing rooftop with pool, bbq, and stunning views. beach right across the street, plus shops and restaurants nearby. staff was friendly and even gave us a late check out. highly recommend for a great stay in puerto vallarta.

I had a fantastic stay at a luxury vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta. The one-bedroom condo was well-equipped with a stocked kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The rooftop pool, with its stunning views, was a highlight. The front desk team was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect vacation experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and well-maintained hotel. Our room, 303, offered a lovely partial ocean view and had a comfortable living room and bedroom with air conditioning. We enjoyed spending time on the small but pleasant patio facing the ocean and the shady patios off the living room and bedroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marcos. The rooftop patio was a highlight with quality loungers and a BBQ. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants in the romantic zone. Additionally, the well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment were convenient for our longer stay.

We were not informed about the lack of cleaning during our stay, which would have been nice to know upon arrival.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice view from the balcony. The location was great, close to amenities and with a stunning rooftop pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at V Azul Vallarta! the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of great dining options nearby. the staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the property itself was stunning, with spacious and well-appointed units. We particularly loved the rooftop area and pool, offering breathtaking views of the bay. it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for longer stays.

lack of natural light in the unit

We received complementary chocolates and a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars. the rooftop pool area is a great spot to relax and unwind.

Our stay during Easter was not a pleasant one. the noise level from neighboring properties and the street was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep.

I loved the modern amenities, cleanliness, and fabulous staff at this hotel. They were extremely accommodating and super friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping, ATM's. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was convenient for cooking our own meals and doing laundry while traveling.
