Our recent stay at Valentina Suites was fantastic! The location was perfect, with plenty of local restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The room was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved exploring the quiet and charming area of town, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. The rooftop splash pool and lounge area was a great spot to relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Playa del Carmen.

Great terrace on top with a nice pool and hammocks. Ordering transfer from the airport to the apartments was easy and hassle-free. the apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious, perfect for a single traveler. Easy walking distance to restaurants and away from noisy areas. the room was well-maintained and felt secure.

There were some minor issues with the bathroom, such as a loose toilet seat and low water pressure in the shower. the pool floor left stains on swimwear and was harsh on the skin.

Very nice condo and building with a quiet location. Has a nice roof terrace and everything you need for your stay. Fast and exemplary service from the owner and employees. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the beach and 8 minutes from the supermarket. Impeccable apartment with the option to request additional kitchen equipment. Great satisfaction with the ability to check in earlier than expected. Friendly host who allowed us to store our luggage before check-in.

I booked the Penthouse last minute. The condo is a decent size for 2 people with a large comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. It looked like most of the unit had been renovated. The property has a beautiful rooftop, with shaded areas to work or rest under. The wifi was very good. Ordering transfer from the airport to the apartments was easy, fast answered, and getting access to the apartment was also easy, no hassle. Location is great, easy to find on Google maps. The property is beautiful, it's quiet at night and pet friendly. The bed and couch are comfortable and it was sparkling clean.
