Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great value for the price, especially considering the excellent location. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the main attractions of the area. Additionally, the hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment, making for a pleasant stay.

The staff availability can be a drawback, as they are not available before 9am or after 9pm. This can cause inconvenience for guests who arrive late and have to wait to check-in.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the convenient location of Vallarta Sun. The beach, restaurants, shops, and bars were all within walking distance, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the local area.

What a nice location in the middle of the hill, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise of the main street. The hotel is so close to the ocean, allowing easy access to the beach. The pool area provides a shaded spot for relaxation when the sun gets too intense. Very convenient to have great restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The proximity to the pier makes it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

The friendly staff showed me two different rooms so I could choose the one I preferred. They even allowed me to pay partly in US dollars and partly in Mexican pesos, giving me flexibility. When I sprained my ankle, the staff quickly arranged for me to move to a ground floor room. They also provided helpful tips on dining options and navigating the city. The hotel's central location in the Old Town allowed me to easily access Los Muertos Pier and the beach. The room I stayed in was quiet and had both air conditioning and a fan. Although the sheets and towels had a few stains, the housekeepers promptly replaced them upon my request. I had a pleasant stay at this budget hotel in Puerto Vallarta and would recommend it to others.

This place is in a great location, close to everything. It's just down the hill from the beach and within walking distance of all the restaurants and convenience stores. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, like a fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom was updated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions for local food.
