The rooms at Hotel Velvet Plaza are like a cozy haven with all the essentials. I loved the comfy beds, flat-screen TV, and the convenient coffee machine - it was like having a home away from home.

I personally found the city view balcony a bit underwhelming. But I'm sure some guests would still enjoy it.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. the room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. the location was perfect, with several good restaurants and a mall within walking distance. the hotel also had a gym and a pool, which was a nice added bonus. it was a fantastic experience.

The lack of soundproofing in the windows, which meant I could hear traffic and loud motorbikes outside. the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The parking lot made it convenient for us to have our own vehicle. The location was excellent, with a small shopping center and a variety of fine restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, we were close to Chapultepec avenue, which was bustling with activity.

The location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby and the famous Glorieta Minerva just a couple of blocks away. The beds were super comfortable and the rain shower in the bathroom was amazing. The room had great views and the TV was a good size with plenty of channels. The WiFi was reliable, which was a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Guadalajara.

Almost perfect.

This hotel has a perfect location, just 10-15 minutes from downtown. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable king size beds and cute little balconies with great views. You'll love their breakfast!
