The staff at the resort was amazing! They were extremely friendly and always went out of their way to help. the entertainment at the resort was great, with fun nightly shows and a DJ who kept everyone dancing. Despite the rainy weather, we were still able to enjoy the restaurants and pools. the resort also had a great location, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions.

The lack of free internet was disappointing, and even when paid for, the service was slow and unreliable. Additionally, there were some issues with the upgrades at check-in.

My recent stay at Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing! The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and various excursions. The staff took such great care of me, making me feel like family. A special shout out to Ahahi, our favorite waitress, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I had an incredible experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed in a gorgeous location, with clean pools and ample umbrellas to provide some shade. We talked with Espinoza who made us feel so welcomed and assisted us with chairs. The room was great, especially the bathroom, and the breakfast had so many delicious options. We loved the view of the ocean and the little fountains in the baby pool. This wonderful resort exceeded our expectations and we plan to visit again.

One minor issue was the lack of available staff to assist us with getting to our room and bringing our bags.

I had a wonderful experience at Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa. the staff was attentive and the all-inclusive options were fantastic. the food was amazing, fresh, and well complemented. I felt safe at all times, even when I went to the beach early in the morning thanks to the security staff. the discounts received from attending the timeshare presentation were significant, and the excursions, such as snorkeling and horseback riding, were top quality. the hotel location was ideal, near downtown and easily accessible by taxi. the rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with kitchens.

The breakfast buffet was always excellent. We loved the proximity to the beach and downtown. The daily and nightly entertainment on campus was a bonus. The all-inclusive package with multiple restaurant options was a great value.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is right on the beach, just steps away from the sand and ocean. The staff members were incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The service here is top-notch, with 24-hour room service, room amenities such as ironing facilities and mini-bar, and a helpful concierge desk for any tours or tickets I needed. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, from a restaurant with a continental breakfast to a bar and snack bar. The amenities were also impressive, with a spa and wellness center, swimming pools, jacuzzi, and beach access. The hotel truly provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

The Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa in Cabo San Lucas provided great value for our money. The room had a beautiful ocean view which was definitely worth the extra cost. The location was perfect for exploring the center and marina, although be prepared for some uphill walking. The staff were super-friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were incredibly helpful and addressed any questions or issues we had promptly.

The morning meal could have been better with less salty scrambled eggs.

I recently stayed at Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa for a week-long vacation and had a fantastic experience. The resort offered a luxurious atmosphere with well-appointed rooms, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and refreshing air conditioning. The pools and hot tubs were amazing, especially with the unique whale-shaped water slide and the deeper pool depths. The resort also provided excellent amenities such as a free gym area with spa facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, and a helpful tour office. The staff were friendly and not overly pushy, and the walk to town along the beach was enjoyable.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this place. It is located right on the beach, just steps away from the beautiful ocean. The view was simply breathtaking. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The service was top-notch and they really made us feel special. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We also appreciated the convenience of having a snack bar and a bar/lounge area.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The only recommendation we have is for management to further develop their business practices and processes.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the stunning view from the pool. The facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast. The staff, especially Wendy at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. The location was amazing, allowing us to witness the power of the Pacific Ocean at Divorse Beach. We could easily explore the city both by taxi and by walking along the beach.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel is a great option for families or couples. The location is amazing, just steps away from the beach. The staff is outstanding, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the basic amenities you need. They even left "Happy Anniversary" petals on our bed, which was a nice touch. The breakfast included delicious Mexican dishes and we enjoyed our dinner at the Italian restaurant at 8:30am.

All was just perfect!

The staff is friendly and helpful, great location on Medano Beach, clean beach, close to the Marina, good value for the price, decent food.

Spacious one bedroom with comfortable bed, beautiful sea view and balcony. Good sized bathroom with premium toiletries and towels, flat screen TVs in living area and bedroom. Great evening shows, pool, various restaurants with excellent food. Easy short distance to go into town and budget-friendly massage.
