The staff at Villa Mont were incredibly welcoming and patient with us, despite our limited Spanish-speaking abilities. They made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and a highlight of our mornings. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. I had a great experience at Villa Mont and would recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is convenient for attending events in Cuernavaca, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The spacious rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with air conditioning and comfortable bedding. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and satisfying.

There were some issues with noise during our stay, including dogs barking at night and loud music playing in the morning.

We had an amazing Christmas experience in this cozy hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food options that we enjoyed every morning. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was a short walk away from shops and restaurants and just a 10-minute drive from a beautiful wedding venue. We also appreciated the secure parking provided by the hotel.

We had some difficulty finding nearby places to eat and had to rely on taxis and ubers to commute. the hotel's pool was slightly smaller than we expected from the photos.
