I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the ferry terminal and in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to by bus or taxi. Plus, there was a terrific supermarket nearby at Chedraui, making it convenient to stock up on supplies. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Frank, who greeted me upon arrival and arranged a shuttle for me. I also enjoyed the lovely pool area and the peaceful atmosphere. this hotel provided a great experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near a grocery store which made it easy for us to stock up on supplies. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any requests or questions we had. Plus, the pool at the hotel was a great feature, providing us with a refreshing place to cool off and relax.

Our stay at the hotel was not entirely enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dead cockroaches found in the shower and towels, as well as hairs in the bed.

The grounds were well maintained, communication with Frank was great, the pool was refreshing, and the lounge chairs were enjoyable. We also loved the multiple terraces, which allowed us to see the sunset and sunrise from the rooftop. The room had everything we required on this trip.
