I recently stayed at the Villa San Jose Hotel & Suites for a romantic getaway. The rustic setting added to the charm, and we enjoyed cozy evenings by the fire in our room. The friendly and professional service was top-notch, and the front row junior suite provided breathtaking views of the valley and town below. The beautifully landscaped grounds and interesting features added to the overall ambiance. The bar and restaurant were lovely, and the food was excellent. The rooms were just the right size and comfortable, despite the small bathroom and low shower pressure. With its gated entrance, the hotel felt safe, and the attentive staff kept everything clean and beautiful. The pricing was very reasonable, and I can't wait to go back to this amazing hotel.

Lovely hotel in a lovely city

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa San Jose and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is situated on a hilltop, offering breathtaking views of downtown Morelia. The rooms are beautifully maintained, with each one featuring a cozy fireplace for those chilly nights. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

The grounds were beautifully landscaped and manicured, interesting features, lovely bar and restaurant, rooms just the right size, comfortable bed.

The view from our room was breathtaking, showcasing the beautiful city below. The excellent restaurant provided a stunning panoramic view, making our meals even more enjoyable. The well-kept garden with its fountain, trees, shrubs, and flowers created a serene atmosphere.

The hotel had a great location, surrounded by beautiful grounds and gardens. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the wait staff at the restaurant provided excellent service. the food was delicious, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the city from the restaurant. the hotel also had a large pool and a free tennis court, which was a bonus.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the rooms were a bit dark, and I could imagine them being cold in the winter.

The restaurant boasted breathtaking views and the service from the wait staff, particularly Carlos and Alejandro, was exceptional. The weekend buffet offered great value for money. The care and attention shown by the gardener was evident in the beautiful gardens. The prompt and friendly laundry service was much appreciated. The hotel was ideally situated, within walking distance of town and in a safe area. We also enjoyed a memorable visit to the nearby zoo.
