We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking and the fact that the hotel is situated on a quieter street despite being in the middle of town.

This venue is a luxurious oasis in the heart of a charming city. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs and made me feel pampered. the private facilities were exceptional. the hotel has a prime location and exquisite decoration. the staff provided excellent service, anticipating all my needs. the restaurant offered delicious cuisine with perfect presentation.

That some of the items in the bar/lounge area were not available when I wanted them. the service was a little slow at times, but that was a minor issue compared to all the other positive aspects of this venue.

Our room was really noisy due to a ventilation system outside on the roof. This made sleeping at night quite difficult.

Had an amazing stay at this classic European hotel. The high ceilings and antique room gave it a touch of old-world charm. The lobby was elegant and cozy, with a lovely bar to enjoy. The restaurant/bar served delicious breakfast and had a fantastic coffee bar. The service was fantastic, with attentive housekeeping and helpful staff who made an effort to understand us, even with our intermediate Spanish. The security at night made us feel safe and the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, service, and location.
