I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the downtown area and overlooking the beautiful ocean. I could easily walk to many restaurants and shops, as well as the Diving Pier for my diving pickups. The staff, especially Coral and Tanya, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even delivered breakfast to my room at the specified times, and made sure I had plenty of coffee. The rooms were clean and basic, but had everything I needed. The ocean view balconies were a great place to relax and watch the sunsets. this hotel provided excellent value for the money.

Great Stay in a Fantastic Location

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in a prime location in downtown. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the ocean. We loved being able to walk to the town for dinner and the convenience of a nearby grocery store. The hotel even arranged for a jeep rental to be delivered to us. The hammock in the room was a great spot for people watching. Although there were a few minor issues, like the lack of ice and limited breakfast options, the overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

I got great value for my money at Boutique Vista Del Mar. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. The location was perfect, close to the center and shops. The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown, making it super convenient to explore Cozumel and try out different beach clubs. I loved that it was so close to all the wonderful restaurants recommended on Trip Advisor that I wanted to try. The stunning ocean view rooms were definitely the highlight for me, with a big balcony and a hammock swing where I could relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. The hotel facilities were great, with an adequate pool area and free water refills. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pricing was amazing for what you get, making it by far the best oceanfront deal on the island.

I recently stayed at Boutique Vista Del Mar for a week and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the town and enjoy the nearby attractions. The air conditioning and WIFI were reliable, and there was convenient parking nearby. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the pot of coffee. The hotel rooms were clean and the modern TV was a nice touch. The hot water in the bathroom was always available. The maid even left towels rolled up in cute shapes, like a bear with flowers for ears and eyes, which added a special touch to my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right on the main drag and just a short walk from the ferry and Mega grocery store. The room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized shower in the bathroom. The WiFi worked well, and having a small fridge in the room was convenient. We especially loved the daily delivery of morning coffee and sweet rolls to our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even spoke excellent English. a great experience for our family with kids.

They were well-informed about every little spot on the island. We received a voucher for free entrance, chairs/umbrella, beer, and snorkel at Palancar beach. The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the ferry port. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We appreciated the free mineral water available at any time. Breakfast was conveniently served at our door, with croissants and coffee. As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I loved the ocean view room I was offered at a small extra cost. The balcony was spacious and well-equipped with comfortable chairs and a hammock seat.

This hotel is just a few blocks from everything, making it a great location for exploring the downtown area. You can easily walk to town, the MEGA store, and most local sites. The rooms are large and comfortable, with some even offering fantastic ocean views. The staff is friendly and helpful, with most of them being English-speaking. They even provide free breakfast delivered to your room each morning, consisting of coffee, juice, and pastries.

The bathroom in the hotel is a little small, but it's not a major issue considering the overall comfort and value of the hotel.
