We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the room was impeccable and filled with luxurious amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine, robes, slippers, and a variety of toiletries. the view of the garden and surrounding trees was stunning. They even had a designated area for our dog, and surprised us with a bed, snacks, and water bowl for her. the breakfast included in our room rate was outstanding, with a selection of fruits, beverages, and delicious dishes to choose from. the staff were welcoming and attentive, with special mention to Miguel at reception and Gersom at the door who made us feel like valued guests. a truly memorable experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a fabulous hotel in Merida. the staff at Wayam Mundo Imperial were professional, friendly, and very nice. the hotel had excellent facilities, including a clean and well-equipped gym, perfect for light workouts. the location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to central locations within half an hour. Free parking and excellent security were also major advantages. the room and the entire hotel were beautiful and spacious, with spotless cleanliness. the restaurant served delicious food, and the availability of a parking garage was a big bonus. With amazing staff, spacious rooms, and great amenities, I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Although minor, the only issue was the closing time of the rooftop bar at 9 pm, which seemed odd given that the curfew didn't start until 11:30 pm. this hotel offered a luxurious and memorable experience with its exceptional service and top-notch facilities.
