Had a smooth arrival. the staff was super helpful, carried our bags to the room. The breakfast was a highlight for us too, with delicious chilaquiles and fresh fruit, can’t get better after a long trip.

i was ready to give this place a good review! but my wi-fi was ridiculously weak and never worked, not to mention the hot, sweltering room. after all these inconveniences, i expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a sympathetic response from staff, but alas, i got nothing. overall, very underwhelming experience.

My stay was quite disappointing. The luggage storage policy is ridiculous, especially for an airport hotel. Additionally, there was no shuttle service from the airport, which was a hassle after a long flight. The room itself felt cheap and lacked basic amenities that were promised. It's frustrating to have such a poor experience overall.

The king room had a fantastic street view and was incredibly comfortable, with strong air conditioning and robust soundproofing that eliminated any noise. The complementary shuttle made getting to the airport effortless, and the breakfast featured delightful options like chilaquiles and fresh fruit. However, communication could be improved, as responses to inquiries regarding invoices were lacking, and the option to store luggage post-check-out wasn’t available, which felt unusual for an airport hotel.

It felt overhyped for a minimalistic room that resembled a motel!!! The shuttle service lacked consistency during pick-up!!! Lighting was harsh and the TV was broken, making the room feel uninviting!!! Improve bathroom maintenance!!!

Ask about proactive shuttle service options. they can have multiple schedules to accommodate quick trips to the airport, which is not always advertised.

Got a cozy King Room with a street view, super comfy. Loved the large colorful paintings in the common areas! Check-in was a breeze, just what I needed after a long flight.
