I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mexico City. The staff, especially Isela and Dianna, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help and made my experience truly enjoyable. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, right by the Metropolitan Cathedral in the historical center of the city. The rooftop restaurant offered a breathtaking view of the cathedral and the square, and the food and service were top-notch. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-equipped room. this hotel provided me with a great experience.

I just loved the location of this hotel! It was right in the heart of the action, with easy access to the city and its attractions. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular, overlooking a beautiful town square. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary snacks and bottled water were a nice touch. And let's not forget the free tequila taster upon arrival, what a delightful surprise! The restaurant on the 6th floor, Balcón, was a foodie's dream come true. The 10-course tasting menu was absolutely delicious and the bar had a great selection. And to top it all off, the staff were attentive and helpful, especially Valeria and Ingrid. I highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay.

The complimentary soft drinks, beer, and sandwiches available 24/7 were a welcomed treat. The hotel's prime location near attractions such as the cathedral, Templo Mayor, and Palacio de Bellas Artes made our sightseeing adventures easy. The beautiful roof restaurant with its incredible view added a touch of elegance to our stay.

The hotel had a great location with awesome views of the main square and cathedral. the customer service was warm and kind, and the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs. the breakfast buffet was included and the Mexican food options were delicious. I enjoyed the fact that there was unlimited free water and apples, as well as a 24-hour coffee shop. the rooftop restaurant had spectacular views and the food was amazing, especially the snapper and chocolate dessert. the area around the hotel was walkable and felt safe, with historical architecture, museums, shops, and restaurants to explore.

Although my room was on the 5th floor and I enjoyed the view, one of the elevators always stopped on the 2nd floor for some reason, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, my room was located next to the housekeeping room and there were some noise disturbances at times.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a very touristy area. The location was excellent for accessing all the sights and attractions. I loved being just steps away from the bustling plaza and all the interesting places to visit. From my window, I had stunning views of the plaza and I could easily hop on the subway, which was conveniently nearby. The hotel was also surrounded by charming streets filled with shops and restaurants, making it a perfect spot for exploring.
