We loved the intimate size of this resort and the pretty landscaping. The quiet and private atmosphere made it perfect for relaxing. The staff was happy and enthusiastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. The private yacht transfer was a great touch, avoiding the chaos of the public ferry terminal. The hotel staff even provided a wheelchair for one member of our party with limited mobility. The food at Casa Rolandi restaurant was delicious, and we especially enjoyed breakfast with a view of the pelicans swooping around.

The service by all the staff was amazing. They were very attentive and made us feel like a million bucks. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two pools and a small beach area, all well-maintained. The location was perfect, away from the craziness of the mainland, and there was even a nearby golf course. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. We can't forget to mention the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

During our Xmas vacation, we had a lovely time at a small, clean, and quiet resort. The impeccable food and drinks, along with the kind and attentive staff, made our stay truly enjoyable. The beautiful view of the pool and ocean from our room added to the charm. Additionally, the free yoga and meditation classes, led by an amazing instructor, were a wonderful bonus.

While the resort was overall fantastic, one small negative aspect was the pushiness of the staff regarding a timeshare discussion. This was a minor inconvenience, especially after a long day of travel and hunger.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with stunning scenery and a private beach. The staff treated us like royalty, always attentive and friendly.

The two restaurants offered delicious and fresh options, with the gourmet restaurant providing a unique and artfully prepared 7-course menu. The service at the resort was top-notch, with the staff being warm, friendly, and attentive. The pools and private beach were beautiful, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location of the resort was also ideal, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to activities such as snorkeling.

One of the biggest downsides of the resort was the dated rooms, which could use some updating and more comfortable beds. Additionally, there were some issues with housekeeping, particularly with linens and towels.

The service staff was fantastic, providing attentive and personable service throughout my stay. The new wellness staff was also great, and I particularly enjoyed the private snorkeling trip they arranged with a local dive instructor, Eduardo. The food at the resort was delicious, with a large menu to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort itself was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for those seeking quiet luxury.

The customer service is excellent, the food and drinks are outstanding, the scenery is fantastic, the junior suites are very comfortable, the infinity pool and hot tub are great, and the private beach offers paddle boards and kayaks.

The value for our money was exceptional, with comfortable and clean rooms and complimentary bottles of champagne and tequila. The location was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff at Zoetry treated us with outstanding friendliness and accommodation.

One small improvement I would suggest for the breakfast option is to offer a wider variety of pastries and baked goods.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Zoetry in Isla Mujeres. I've been coming here for years and the service and food have always been top-notch. The staff across all departments are amazing and make the hotel truly special. The 7-course meal at the French restaurant was absolutely amazing and the staff at the restaurants and spa were lovely. The pool and beach area were beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a romantic getaway. The intimate size of the resort and the pretty landscaping created a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
