The staff were incredibly helpful and treated me like family. They arranged everything for me, from taxis to restaurant recommendations. The hotel has a classic Victorian feel with beautiful paintings and carpets. The location is great, just a short stroll to the center of the city. Don't be deceived by the exterior street, it's safe and convenient. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The sauna and pools are a great way to relax. this hotel exceeded my expectations!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, with nice fittings and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking excellent English and explaining everything well. They even arranged a taxi for a city tour and airport transport. The location was great, just outside the centre of this city and with a walking distance to Stefan cel Mare park. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with homemade fruit pastries and perfect cappuccino.

During my recent visit to a boutique hotel in Chisinau, I found the location to be quite convenient. It was situated not far from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Although I had to cross a slightly busy traffic road when walking towards the center, it was manageable. the hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere inside the premises.

I did experience some challenges with the lighting system in the hotel corridors, as it turned on abruptly as I walked through them.

They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was great, close to the city and safe. I was able to walk to the center or take a bus for next to nothing. the hotel also had great amenities, including a sauna and pools. the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

The staff, especially Galina, is incredibly hospitable and helpful, making sure all requests are efficiently handled. The breakfast is delicious, served in a lovely classical setting, with polite and attentive service. The hotel also has a refreshing outdoor pool, perfect for beating the heat. Additionally, public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop just a short walk away.

The inside of the hotel was amazing, with a beautiful pool that provided a welcome relief from the heat. the breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely helpful. the location was great, with easy access to trolley buses and buses, just a few hundred yards up the road.

The hotel was difficult to find, especially at night. There were no signs on the main street and the hotel used to be named something else, making it confusing for Google Maps and taxi drivers.

the hotel was nice-looking with polite staff and good pricing. the room was nice and the breakfast was excellent. the unique and stroooong massage was a highlight, as was the good gym. I didn't have time to try the sauna, warm-water pool, or cold-water pool, but they looked great. the hotel also arranged a very good taxi for a city tour and airport transport.

The facilities offered were quite decent, with free Wi-Fi, a clean and cozy room, and fresh towels. the pool area was also enjoyable and clean with plenty of seating. the location was convenient, with a supermarket close by and easy access to public transportation.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which made it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. the breakfast options were limited and could have been better.

The pool bar and restaurant were closed, and it was difficult to find staff when we needed assistance. It would have been helpful to have this information communicated prior to our visit.
