They helped me book tours, gave me directions, and even looked up information online for me. Plus, they always had a smile on their faces, which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. the location couldn't be better. It was right in the center of the city, making it easy for me to explore and discover all the Christmas festivities. And, to top it off, the hostel was clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Though my overall experience was great, there were a few things that could have been improved. the staff's enthusiasm to advertise the city could have been better.
