The air-conditioning was a bit too cold sometimes, but nothing that couldn't be solved by using mosquito repellent and opening the windows. there was a bit of confusion regarding our reservation on arrival, but it was eventually sorted out.

We arrived late in the evening, tired from our journey. To our delight, a member of the hotel's team was waiting for us at the airport, ready to whisk us away to our accommodation. It was such a relief after a long day of travel. The prompt return service the next morning was equally impressive. The attention to detail and personalized service made us feel like valued guests. As we settled into our room, the amazing shower with multijets provided a refreshing start to our stay. The hotel's commitment to excellent service continued with a helpful reminder phone call for our early morning departure. Although we didn't have time for breakfast, we imagined it would have been excellent based on our previous experiences. we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and felt that the hotel lived up to its well-deserved 5-star award.
