The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with taxis and providing recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants. The rooms are well-maintained and offer comfortable beds, as well as amenities such as a coffee/tea machine and complimentary water. the hotel provides a parking space and there are stores located nearby on a large boulevard.

One aspect of the hotel that could be improved is the closed balcony, which is more like an extra small room with windows. It would have been preferred to have an open balcony with a table and chairs, allowing guests to enjoy their morning coffee or a drink in the evening.

During our stay, we were impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short 15-minute walk from the bustling city center, where we found plenty of charming restaurants to explore. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, fluent in English and always ready to assist with any request. Our room was exceptionally spacious and even had a balcony that offered a lovely view of the surroundings. the room was equipped with a comfortable bed and modern furniture, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Although the hotel provided excellent service and facilities, we did encounter minor difficulty in finding the hotel entrance. However, this is a common occurrence in Eastern European hotels and did not significantly affect our overall experience.
