I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the large Ghengis Khan statue and just a short walk down the road to the main square.

The weak wifi signal was a slight inconvenience.

Welcoming atmosphere & superb service. Staff attentive & caring, with unexpected fruit platter upon arrival. Laundry service provided free of charge. Grateful to all staff, especially manager for professionalism. Will definitely return.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ulaanbaatar that exceeded my expectations. the location was ideal - just a short distance from the bustling city center and within walking distance of the large Ghengis Khan statue. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette, which was a great bonus. The inclusion of a delicious breakfast in the rate was also a major plus.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was superb and there's nothing I would want to change.

We spent our New Year holiday at a hotel in Mongolia and were content with the accommodations. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with traditional Mongolian food and a convenient airport shuttle service. Additionally, the hotel was located in close proximity to several key tourist attractions.

The hotel did not have English speaking staff. Also, the room was infested with bed bugs, which made for quite an uncomfortable stay.
