Nothing not to love.

This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the city, just a couple of blocks away from the main square. It is in a rough area, but it is within walking distance to Gobi Cashmere store and CU convenience store, making it easy to grab any necessities. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered is varied and plentiful, with freshly prepared egg dishes. Additionally, the hotel has a pool, sauna, and good internet connection.

There was a strange incident with a staff member entering my room without uniform and taking two beers from the fridge. Although the issue was resolved without me being charged, there was no explanation given about who the person was.

Room design and furniture were modern, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and there was even a hot station for eggs. , the hotel location was great as it was near many restaurants, sights, and stores.

The hotel spa and pool were not very relaxing as it was overrun by screaming and playing children. there was no clear explanation regarding the two withdrawn bottles of beer from my room, which caused confusion during checkout.

Comfy clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, nice location just outside the busy centre. Recommended.

All other staff members were incredibly sympathetic and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with fluffy and comfortable pillows.

Reception and coffee shop staff were outstanding and friendly. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with freshly prepared egg dishes at the hot station. Conveniently located within walking distance of the German Embassy and central square, with a bus stop at the back.
