We could easily explore all the attractions on foot and the rooftop terrace provided stunning views. The service was top-notch, with the staff always being welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, especially during heavy rainfall when they organized our transfer to the carpark. The room we stayed in, room 301, was beautifully upgraded and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. we were impressed with the level of service and the charming atmosphere of this hotel.

Even though there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as the noise from a nearby bar or the shower room being a bit outdated, these were not major issues for me personally. I am a heavy sleeper and the noise didn't bother me at all.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and close to the mountain top stairs. the concierge was very helpful and reminded us of any events happening in the city. the breakfast served was exceptional, with world-class quality and exceptional customer service.

The hotel is located next to a loud bar that plays music until 1am every night. However, it seems that all hotels in the old town have this issue.
