The room at the top of the hotel had a beautiful balcony with comfortable chairs. The oversized couch in the room allowed us to relax while watching TV. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were pleasant and helpful, especially Milov. The evening meals were superb, with a standout dinner featuring mixed mushrooms and vegetable risotto followed by fillet steak in green pepper sauce.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Zabljak that exceeded all my expectations. The suite at this hotel, called Soa, was not only comfortable and clean, but it also had a balcony and a kitchen, which was very convenient. The bed was also wonderful, ensuring a good night's sleep. What impressed me the most was the staff, who were extremely friendly, helpful, and always available whenever I had a question. The hotel's restaurant served a delicious and reasonably priced evening meal, and the breakfast spread was great as well. The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance of the beautiful Black Lake. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect and we could easily walk to the Black Lake and to the entrance of the Durmitor park. The room amenities were great, including a mini-bar and soundproofed rooms. We loved the dining options here, including the restaurant buffet and in-room breakfast. The staff was very courteous from the cleaning staff all the way to the managers at the reception desk and restaurant. The leisure facilities were top-notch, including a spa & wellness centre, steam room, and sauna. The Wi-Fi was also reliable and fast, which was a huge plus.

We strongly recommend this place to everyone.

Worst aspects of my stay at this hotel were the lack of sufficient lighting in the shower, which made it difficult to see properly. I was not impressed with the quality of food at the hotel restaurant and found it to be overpriced.

Loved the warm welcome we received upon arrival, with complimentary drinks and a friendly manager who gave us great suggestions for exploring the area during our Easter break. We especially enjoyed the Durmitor ring, recommended by the staff, which had stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh fruits and delicious eggs cooked to order. The hotel was located conveniently near Black Lake and town, making it easy to explore.

Our room was a bit cramped, with little space to move around or store our luggage, but we made do. There was an abandoned hotel across the street which was an eyesore, but the surrounding mountains made up for it.
