The hotel had a beautiful decor and was very clean. the bathroom was modern and the spa was amazing. the breakfast was rich and tasty. Plus, they had English speaking news channels on the cable TV, which was a nice touch. the staff at the casino were friendly and helpful, especially for someone like me who is not familiar with gaming machines. the location was also great, with easy access to key attractions and stunning views from the room.

The common restrooms in the lobby and restaurant area were consistently dirty, which forced us to use the facilities in our room. the beach towels provided also had stains, which was not very appealing.
