The hotel is new, modern, with a great interior design. the reception staff is friendly and welcoming. the outdoor pool is located in an area with wonderful views and surroundings. the hotel is located in a central area, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was varied and fresh.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, too hard, and we did not feel rested. the food was not kid-friendly, and we had a hard time finding something for our picky eaters.

During our stay at Ami Hotel, we had a beautiful experience. The hotel has a very nice view, and the rooms are beautiful and stylishly decorated. We especially loved our seaside view from the 11th floor. The staff, especially Veronika at the reception, made a perfect first impression and provided useful hints about the area. The facilities and overall ambiance of the hotel were also very pleasant. The location is excellent, and the hotel interior is impressive. The food was good, and we enjoyed the wellness and spa treatments. I would recommend this hotel for a happy holiday experience.
