Friendly staff, close to promenade, good price-value ratio, delicious breakfast, excellent location for shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the charming old town, making it easy for us to explore all the main attractions. We also enjoyed being close to restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel offered transportation to Dubrovnik airport, which was very convenient for us.

We noticed that there were stains and debris on the chairs where we sat, which was not very pleasant.

Great location near the beach and some good restaurants within walking distance. The room had a balcony with a nice view that was perfect for watching the sunset. The staff was friendly and accommodating with all our requests.

The hotel lacked attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The room was quite dusty and the bathroom had some unpleasant odors.

Amazing location, just steps away from the beach and close to the charming Stari Grad. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, making the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast assortment was excellent, with plenty of options. The manager, Ilija, went above and beyond to fulfill my room request and even helped arrange a safe and affordable taxi to the airport.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the prime location just near Budva's promenade. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms, albeit slightly less well maintained than indicated, were spacious and had a nice balcony. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

All in all, we were happy with our stay at this hotel.
