Comfortable room with a well-equipped bathroom. The staff at Ziya were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park. The spa and pool facilities were clean and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. The location was also great, just a short walk away from the city center and close to public transportation. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were clean and relaxing.

The lack of air-conditioning during winter made the room uncomfortably warm at night, but the staff provided a fan to help with the issue. The television and cable system were a bit complicated to operate without a proper manual, but I managed to figure it out eventually with some help from the staff.

We stayed at a hotel in a quiet and safe area, very close to the park. The location was perfect for our family as we could enjoy the beautiful green area and easily explore the city center. The room was fairly clean and the staff was very attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the service was excellent. Additionally, the hotel had a nice pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The furniture in the room was somewhat old and the mattress was not very comfortable.

I stayed at a hotel in Podgorica that was simply superb. The staff at Ziya were professional, polite, and always went the extra mile to satisfy guests' needs. From the night manager to the reception staff, bartender, and housekeeping lady, everyone was top-notch. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful spa and a well-equipped gym. It was also conveniently located just a few minutes away from the main square. my experience at Ziya was fantastic thanks to the amazing staff and excellent amenities.

The private facilities in my room made me feel like royalty, while the restaurant's special diet menus catered to my dietary needs. The delicious continental breakfast was served in-room, adding an extra touch of exclusivity to my stay.

The only minor issue I had was the limited bar hours, closing earlier than my preference. However, the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for this.
