I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was ideal, away from the busy area but still close enough to explore the city. After a hectic day in Marrakesh, I loved coming back to this place for a swim and some relaxation. The pool area was beautiful and provided a great spot to unwind.

I only have one small suggestion for improvement - the bathroom could use a bit of updating. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

They immediately upgraded us to a lovely room, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were really polite and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, with other restaurants just a few minutes away. The included breakfast was delicious, and we loved the rooftop swimming pool. our experience at 2Ciels Boutique was fantastic and we would definitely return again.

The housekeeping was impeccable, keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The dining options were great with a delicious buffet breakfast and poolside snack bar. The leisure facilities provided the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring, from the sun terrace to the spa and wellness centre. The staff at this hotel were truly outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was delighted with the warm and friendly welcome from the staff and their willingness to help with everything. Although my initial room was dark and gloomy, they quickly moved me to a brighter and more comfortable one. The food in the restaurant was simply delightful. I recommend this hotel for a visit.

They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, providing a welcome drink and offering tours and ticket assistance. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. I especially loved the balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, complete with a sauna and a Turkish bath, which was perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to cool off and enjoy the sun. the service and facilities here were top-notch.

The complementary tea and coffee in the room was refreshing and the hotel’s close proximity to the city center made it easy to explore. the New Year's Eve party was enjoyable too.

On the other hand, the music was too loud, the rooms were not as clean as expected and the staff didn't seem very helpful. the New Year's experience wasn't worth the high prices they charged.
