The staff were fantastic, helpful and obliging. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. Excellent guest relations manager. Spacious villa with modern decor. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious and varied breakfast menu. Great facilities. Efficient cleaning and security.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I loved the value for money at this hotel. The room was amazing - clean, luxurious, and so comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the Jama El Fana square. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Lamiya. They were always helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

The stay at Al Maaden was amazing. The villa was clean and comfortable with a private pool. The compound felt safe with 24-hour security. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of cuisines. Late check-out was accommodated for free.

Felt really comfortable, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were amazing, very polite and courteous. The villa was spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful bathroom and roof terrace. The restaurant served delicious, fresh food and the breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient for sightseeing and the staff was responsive.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a club house and spa on-site, providing easy access to recreational activities. Additionally, the hotel is not far from the city center, allowing guests to explore Marrakech without being too dependent on taxis. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with multiple bathrooms and balconies offering pleasant views. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast offers a nice variety of options.

There were some maintenance issues during our stay, such as faulty balcony doors and tripped electricity, which affected the overall experience.

The villas were comfortable and well-equipped with private pools and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was filling with a good selection of food and drinks. The location was excellent, close to many local attractions and easy to get to from the airport. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay easier and more enjoyable.

The overall maintenance of the property could have been better. The furniture and appliances were outdated and some of them needed repairs.

We were amazed by the luxurious amenities in this hotel. The spa and wellness centre were outstanding, with a wide range of treatments, such as full body massages, facials, and body wraps. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, surrounded by a sun terrace and garden area, with sun loungers to relax on. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious dishes, buffet breakfast, and special diet menus. In-room breakfast was a private facility that we enjoyed very much.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was with the service. The staff was helpful but didn't always go the extra mile to make our stay perfect.
