We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Fatima Zahraa via Whatsapp communication and Samir, were super friendly and helpful. They spoke English and French, which made communication easy. The location of this hotel is excellent, very central but away from the crowds. It is conveniently located near the blue Taxi stand, Tram stop, and the train railway station. The hotel is also close to the Qasbah and Nuzha Hassan. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and we were assigned a lovely flat on the 3rd floor. The mini kitchen had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, and a fridge. The bathroom was beautifully decorated, with a large shower and neat shelves. The bedroom was comfortable, with a cozy double bed, a desk, and a Samsung TV. The shutters were electric, providing convenience and privacy. The hotel's proximity to the central station, souk, and great restaurants was a major plus. we had an excellent experience at this hotel.
