I got great value for my money at Bayt Alice. The room had 2 attached showers with continuous hot water and the ambiance was amazing. The location was central and the staff, especially Nadee, were friendly, helpful, and had a fantastic sense of humor.

My travel purpose was to explore Tangier for a few days, and my stay at Bayt Alice was simply wonderful! Fabienne, the owner, was a charming host who went out of her way to be helpful. The riad itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the American Stairs. I enjoyed coffee and tea on the rooftop every morning with a stunning view of the sea and a spectacular sunset. The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. the combination of Moroccan and European style in the hostel's decor creates a delightful atmosphere.

This hotel was a short, easy walk from the port, making it very convenient for us to visit the city. The rooms were very nice with lots of character, and the staff who work very hard to ensure each guest has an excellent experience. The rooftop was a cozy space where we could enjoy hot coffee or tea every morning, and it had a calm and serene atmosphere. The breakfast was most beautiful and wonderful, with homemade jams, cottage cheese, fruit, excellent coffee. It was exactly what I was looking for.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the great location and stunning views from the terrace. The funky interior decor made it feel like we were staying in a private gallery or museum. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we appreciated having a private socket and reading light for each bed. The breakfast offered was good and the price was great for such a centrally located hostel.

I had the most incredible stay at this charming hostel in northern Morocco. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The traditional style of the hostel added to its authentic and cozy atmosphere. Nadine and Abdeladim, the hosts, went above and beyond to help me and make me feel welcome. They were not only friendly, but also engaged in meaningful conversations. I cannot express how much I enjoyed my time at Bayt Alice - it was truly one of the most beautiful stays of my life. I already can't wait to come back and experience the stunning view all over again!

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The 4-bed dorm room actually had 5 beds, which left very little space to move around.

The location was quiet but also very close to walk into the main part of the city. The beds were comfy and the rooftop terrace was a great place to hang out. The breakfast spread was the best I had in Morocco in this price range, with a delicious omelette, cheese, milk, and fruits that were constantly topped up. The private room with en-suite was great, with a radiator available. The decor of the hostel added to its character. Adil and Fabienne, the hosts, were wonderful and provided excellent tips for exploring Tangier. The hostel is located in the heart of the old Tangier medina and is perfectly clean.

The rooms were poorly isolated, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there was no electrical outlet near one of the beds, which was inconvenient.
