The hotel's location is perfect, just off the main street and not far from the bustling Djemaa El Fna square. It's very convenient for exploring the Medina and experiencing Moroccan culture. The staff's hospitality is exceptional, with the owner always welcoming guests with a hot pot of delicious mint tea and the friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms, whether on the bottom, first, or second floor, are well-appointed with nice bathrooms.

All was fantastic, couldn't ask for more!

Located close to the central market and just a short walk from the bustling Djemaa El Fna square, this hotel offers a convenient and vibrant location for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and provide adequate hanging space for your belongings. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and provide helpful advice for navigating Marrakech. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly prepared Moroccan flatbread, honey, eggs, and more.

The rooms can get quite cold at night, especially during the winter months, so it's recommended to ask for a heater if needed.

Manager very helpful, provided airport transfer. Good location to explore Medina. Nice breakfast with local flavors. Chilly room, but A/C helped. Lovely staff, welcoming and accommodating. Generous breakfast, friendly server. Great value for money. Host arranged cooking class. Close to main square. Mustapha ensured we knew our way around, helped with reservations. Freshly prepared breakfast daily. Delicious chicken tagine. excellent stay.

Great to be in Morocco for New Year! We had some very good experiences - the food was amazing with so many spices and flavors which we just loved! the lively atmosphere just amazing, it was a real treat. We enjoyed the local culture and traditions which we won't forget soon. the place was accessible to some local attractions which was pretty convenient.

We got lost on our way to the hotel, it was quite confusing with the streets and alleys around us. the entrance to the place was quite peculiar and felt a bit unsafe during evenings.
