This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the medina. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center and just a short walk from the main market. It's so convenient to be within the medina and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.

Not one thing.

We stayed in a great family run hostel, located in the center of the medina. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions of Fes. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, serving mint tea upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the hostel offered great tours to the Sahara desert, a must-see if you have the time.

The hostel could improve on their reception and map instructions upon arrival.

Helpful staff explained everything and upgraded our room. Huge diverse breakfast, even prepared a package for our early departure. Clean, well-maintained riad in a convenient location with everything in walking distance. Would definitely repeat this stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this charming riad in the heart of the medina. From the moment I arrived, the owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He personally greeted me and even had a helpful young boy carry my suitcases to my room. The owner took the time to sit down with me and provide a detailed map of the city, highlighting all the must-see attractions, recommended restaurants, and other activities in Fez. His kindness and willingness to assist with anything made my stay truly enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, although a bit dark. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the recently changed system kept the riad cool throughout my stay. I especially loved the delicious and generous breakfast served every morning. The location of the riad was also a major plus, as it was easy to find with clear signs in the main streets. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this riad for a memorable stay in Fez.

Great staff and delicious breakfast! the hotel's location was also convenient, not too difficult to find, and close to some attractions. I also enjoyed the rooftop view and peaceful vibe.

The rooms were a bit small and some of the amenities were outdated. It would have been nice to have more modern features like USB outlets or a better Wi-Fi connection.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Additionally, it was conveniently located close to the main attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast provided each morning was tasty and plentiful. However, the best aspect of my stay was the staff. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me, even accompanying me to pick up a package at the main bus station. this hotel provided great value for money.
